How does Target generate excitement, incite guests, drive traffic and herald the opening of new Target stores? By visually delivering The Bullseye to cities across America on an epic scale with a smart, simple message: “big things are in store”. The campaign included OOH, newspaper ads, direct mail, radio and online banners.
